To download your 1099

After loggin into the portal click on 1099s in the black box on the left.
Select the year you need to download by clicking on the arrow on the left.
Click on Misc or NEC depending on which you need.
Before clicking on download be sure to check the little box at the end of the first sentence consenting to the download.
Now click download and open.

HUD will be hosting an NSPIRE webinar specifically for landlords on February 26, 2025. HUD asks for your assistance in communicating the details of this webinar to your landlords and encouraging them to attend. Information about the session will be posted on the Housing Choice Vouchers Program Trainings and Resources page. Advance registration is not required. Sessions are recorded and posted afterwards with the presentation materials on the Past Trainings and Webinar page.
